Saint Valy's Day

We had a candle light dinner, Joey tried to blow out the candles the whole time. We ate Milenasas, mashed potoates and cooked carrots. For desert we used some leftover white chocolate (I had to be resourceful) from an Activity day and made chocolate covered strawberries. Then I made these chocolate hearts that I saw on Regis and Kelly. They were way easy and really yummy! I need to try it with regular chocolate next time. You just melt the chocolate, put it in a bag and nip off the end, then squeeze out to spots of chocolate right next to each other. Use the bakc of a spoon to spread the chocolate down into a heart shape, then sprinkle on nuts, toffee, mini m&m's, or whatever you want, let cool and enjoy! Joey got a mega bloks road that he LOVES and Nate got a new shirt that is actually not blue. I got a salad spinner!
